Patch team want the changes to make minimal changes, india doesn't need a buff tbh.

The only time I make Rajputs is in team games on Deccan. Even then, I only make like 5.

Rajputs wouldve been a much cooler unit than sepoys. Unfortunatrly both sepoys and zambs are much more useful than rajputs.

I wonder how good rajputs are compared to pikes though.

If they had rod speed they''d be good, but as they are they''re just pikes with higher damage but much lower siege.

They are okay when you run low on coin but need mass and maybe against aztec when you need the unit cards to stabilise, and you need lots of melee units vs aztec.

Rajputs aren't that bad per se, they are like buffed up rodeleros with almost twice as much attack.
Problem is India already got zams and sepoys, rendering Rajputs kinda almost completely useless... Bad civ design.
