How can Japan beat India?
If you don't make walls or send CM, they just coe to your base and destroy you with 5 sepoy 4 sowar shipments. If you DO make walls or send CM, they just run around sieging shrines, and you just get really outmassed later. How should this MU be played, and which civ is supposed to win it?
