1 or 2 settler wagons without Germantown Farmers?

Lets say I have a German HC to low level to get the Germantown Famers card in my deck. I want to know which is a better Age 1 Settler Wagon shipment. Should I use the 1 Settler Wagon which I can send infinitely, or the 2 Settler Wagon shipment?

2 SW is better. If you want a more boomy deck you can use both or get eco upgrades. I can also help you level up decks and stuff on Nilla whenever I'm on.

Use XP Mod to level up all your cities to 100. Works only on TAD.

If you really want an eco deck you can even use 2SW (discovery) 3SW 2SW(colonial). It would take 8shipments for 1SW to pass that so that is clearly better.
