Hello again! I've created the new topic to not litter on the forum. What's a good civ that's competitve at all game stages? I like universal armies in all RTS. Some advice about their playstyle? Thank you guys in advance!

Therefore he shouldnt start with otto imo  , because when he'll try another civ, it will be hard for him not to forget to train vills constantly

I know. If iplay vs above pr 25 i cant win with it... :D
I can beat only under pr 25, but 20-25 is even hard. It makes me think its a quite weak civ or i dont know how to play with it.

Since I actually read the OP: Aztec, British, French, Germans, Indians, Iroquois or Russians; definitely not Ottomans.

I always recommend France to new players. Overall good civ imo. Decent Eco, flexible military, and quite a few different Strats to learn that can also translate to different civs.

The 120 food/per will confuse really new players. I think Ports is a good starter civ because it will force you to learn the fundamentals more so than other civs.
