Re: Sioux Mini-Guide
I'm sure I don't need to explain to you that rules are not to be followed literally. You should know the difference between "sioux semi-ff tp build" and "is this sioux semi-ff tp build still viable in the current meta" and how they are treated by the rules. The second quote probably refers to people who are searching for information, not discussion (the majority of the forum). You describe the fundamental problem with rules. Thankfully, we've got moderators who interpret and judge each situation differently.

Re: Sioux Mini-Guide
@Mr_Bramboy it has been a while and I play lower level but I’m thinking of going Sioux more again. It seems like Sioux can indeed beat iro and otto. Some of my easiest games have been evening star vs Jan’s rush. Seems like an easy thing, even if he is good. Wouldn’t it force him to commit to Jani even if he suspects the switch? What is he rEally going to be able to do? Either he goes abus and sends jans but then he will get rekt by axe sitting in his. Base. Or he mixes and you just send evening with say 9 ax and make some more and still rek him if you can delay the fight long enough to do this.
The things that make otto op in ff aren’t a big deal because you have anticav that actually works unlike poor iro tomo.
Also vs iro I’ve seen the pistoleros sent with great effects to defend a rush. 6 cetan should help a lot too

Don't you know? There is only 35+ and everyone below lol
Re: Sioux Mini-Guide
Colonial age rifle riders don't magically kill infinite janissaries though. They can hardly kite as they have the same range. Pretty sure you shouldn't be able to counter a jan rush with evening star.
Pay more attention to detail.

I've managed it down in the pleb level but did not like the trade, maybe if you ran around and got a good mass of axe before hand but not worth it for less than 15-20 rr for me atleast.

maybe not, but the best option is to go cetan and axriders, and a little tipi to boost da hitpoints

Best to resign before two minutes, unless it's quicksearch in which case the game is rated regardless.

Re: Sioux Mini-Guide
hey guys I'm new to the game, I wanted to make sure I understand ESO correctly: if I host a game in a lobby, I can resign before the 2nd minute mark with no penalties, but quick-search games are rated no matter what? can someone confirm?
Re: Sioux Mini-Guide
Someone from the Community Team like @edeholland is probably a good person to ask to settle this once and for all.

Three years later and the subject is still always Garja. Impressive. This thread is so old that the formatting doesn't even work anymore, and people are still posting in this thread for whatever reason. Very impressive.
