Because it implies that vegan people can't be tall or that veganism has some kind of drawback which makes you shorter. Some of the research suggests that vegan people are leaner and taller. Opposite of what he implies. It's also in general just offensive.

Vegans need some supplements too btw, iirc vitamin B12 (maybe @deleted_user4 can confirm) and possibly iron, so it's not like the vegan diet is the healthiest thing that ever existed. An argument that a kid raised vegan (without supplements) would be a bit shorter on average than a vegetarian/omnivorous kid could probably be made and not even be completely off tbh

@gamevideo113 it actually is completely off. Few researches suggest it's the opposite

Getting back on topic, I'm 1.78 or 5.10, for a while I was bummed about my height, but I realized it's no point thinking about what I can't change, so I focused on the things I can.

1.78 is a perfect height
