No. They shouldn't be stopped. You don't have to like it, nor does the person at the butt of the joke. The person making the joke decided whether they consider upsetting people a reason not to make the joke. They have to weigh that against the potential humour.

Yep... Im nearly 6'7 now and would kill to be shorter. The world isn't made for people this tall as you say (idk maybe the netherlands is). My head hits the top of the train feelsbadman... And sitting on a bus is a real pain too. I think 6'3 / 6'4 is the max height you'd want to be.
