Wow
Well Hello for the last time everyone :)
Its time for me to go.
I would like to thank everyone for a fantastic experience playing Age of Empires III on the ESOC forums.
It has been around a year since I've been here and so I think I will take a very long break.
Most people have been exceptionally lovely and I would like to thank them here.
- Thank you to Ryan, who has been very nice in welcoming and when I was staff very nice in making sure everything was OK. I wish him all the best for the future. I'll be sure not to tell anyone of your secret strategy for the tournament . Keep up the good work, you make a lot of people happy keeping this game alive.
- Thank you to Gendarme, who keeps me guessing all the time. Stay sexy.
- Big thank you to Hleung, who works extremely hard and was my first pick to replace me on the Media Team. Needless to say his efforts are known to everyone now as a very determined individual with the utmost respect.
- Special thanks to Iwillspankyou, who has kept me here for this long . All the best for the future and I hope to see her again someday for sure :). Definitely my favourite on the forum with always positive aspects to say - and similar political ideals. I will sorely miss you.
- Thank you to Noissance, Site and Milku for Insight Studios. I still see a lot of potential in this endeavour and I hope it grows. I will most likely come back and donate to the Telethon. I would definitely have to say my time at Insight was almost certainly the high point of both these communities. I will watch out for you guys for sure. I know whats in the works and it really is quite amazing. Definitely a special thanks to Site. You are a great leader. There are two types of people in this world. Those who make something of themselves, get up off the couch and make something of their lives. There are also people who do nothing of the sort and get what they can with little or no effort. I'm glad to have met the man who represents all of the former. Good luck for your future aviation career (It is extremely cool what you do).
- Thanks to the Basement. Your passion for the community, even whilst not being present, knows no bounds. I'm looking forward to to the Telethon, which is in my view, the most important Age of Empires III event. Raising money for charity is a very noble thing and you should be proud of yourselves. You are all very unique individuals who are one of the more approachable people in this world. Good on you, keep up the good work. I still listen to your podcasts every time they come out :).
- Thank you to Butifle who is now a very close friend and I will keep in touch I am not saying goodbye to you or pecelot
There are many other people who have made my time here quite lovely really. I hope people continue to do what they do and this community keeps on living. Noel keeps being a GC, Aizamk keeps sending Advanced Wonders and perhaps most of all Metis keeps up his good work. As of very soon I will be permanently banned. I've wanted this for some time to continue on other work.
Thank you for your time.

When I wanted to leave I'd just delete my account or ask the admins to delete my account.

Re: Wow
I don't wanna be a "I told you!" bitch (or maybe I enjoy it actually, who knows), but I told you! If ESOC just listened and took measures early enough, we wouldn't have a master sergeant seeded and forfeiting in RO64, but an actual good player playing his games out...
@JakeyBoyTH why did you lie about Butifle having played on your acc, instead of just admitting it and asking to be moved to group stages? Would have made everything so much easier. Sad

Re: Wow
nnnnng this makes me angery
butt had a lot of open relationships with lots of accounts
now the fallout and mishandlement of a past affair with another mans account is getting a talented player banned :(

Oh hey, I actually played that game quite a bit! Too bad it was a translated version, so I remember all these quotes in Czech
On topic; looks like we might need to hire more comm team members in order to fulfill the increasing demand for ban requests
