There's also a relatively reasonable chance that Musket cheated in his win vs Kaiser (Resources / xp or other). The guy doesn't even make vills and has the skill of a PR 25 at best, though artificially boosts by cheating / oosing at every opportunity.

Haha it woould actually be really cool if someone was forced to play only with the right hand; only mouse movements, no hotkeys/control groups etc. You would really have to prioritize the most important things then.

That's kinda how I play, however recently I have started to hotkey my production facilities.
And of course the "T" and "V"
