Nationality statistics for ESOC/ESO

I've been looking over the population statistics for ESO recently, while the statistics are relatively fleshed out here - https://eso-community.net/population-statistics - i've been wondering if it is possible to accurately record the nationality of users on ESO and ESOC to see where the community resides. So is it possible to record these statistics, i.e through use of the country badges on user's profiles?
