Is vane good?

I've been having a discussion with Vane about the balancing of the game. He claimed that he had 15 accounts in the top 30, that apparently proves his skill in the game. My question is; Is vane actually good at the game as he claims?

lol @ all the vane hate. His genius mind mastered the best fan patch to ever be released( much better than ep), and hes at multiple accounts over pr50. Has kaiser had many accounts over pr50? Has hazza? Has raphael? So simply put, yes, vane is good.

lets say at least he's not worse than kaiser. on his prime Vane was a feared player. yes he oosed one time against boneng but it was because he was rusty and didnt want to lose against a much worse opponent who lamed with oprichnik box.
Vane is in my book of top 5 players of all time and judging today's players capabilities i can assure you he'll stay there forever.
besides him being a very skillful veteran of aoe vane is also a very interesting and charismatic person who made his own patch trying to help the community with the balance issues as much as he can. he's really being mistreated because of one stupid mistake he made. i wish my Tsar made a comeback to esoc forums and made all virgins self conscious with his chad appearance
