Re: Beating Iro as India - Textbook example
My gameplay was atleast Brigadier level. I lost a few vills free bu otherwise it was perfect. Perfect timing (would be even better without op age 1 for iro), getting out just on time, timing counter-attack perfectly. Only minor mistakes.
Of course, like Kaiser said he played like a captain so it made him resign faster than usual!

The problem with mantlets is that they don't deal any damage vs urumi, and that you have to invest into an artillery foundary. So even if they tank some dmg, they won't be worth it.

This. Tho, shipping 5 might be worth it.
Re: Beating Iro as India - Textbook example
You can ship 5 in fortress- a very efficient shipment. They do have 25 ranged attack thats like a musk unit i mean it takes urumi forever to cut through them so they end up doing pretty good damage to the urumi. Honestly, id be interested to see it in a real game situation

Mantlets have some pretty good siege damage. Garja unironically thinks it's a good shipment so that's something.

Well a decent player would not let his Urumi fight the mantlets. You always want to get them on top of the unit's dealing dmg (e.g. forest prowler).

Re: Beating Iro as India - Textbook example
Not really a "textbook example". It's quite obvious that kaiserklein was tired and wasn't focused at all. If he was a bit more sharp, he wouldnt lose anything to somppus first sepoy rush and afterwards would snowball to an easy win.
