What does "genetically inferior" mean, though?
People who lived in tropical and subtropical regions where malaria was prevalent developed resistance to it, but that was done through keeping a certain allele which makes them more vulnerable to sickle cell anemia. So what makes them "superior" in one way makes them more vulnerable in another. Such trade-offs are very common in genetics. People of higher cognitive abilities, for example, are very prone to neurodegenerative diseases in old age. So any adaptive advantage that they might have developed typically comes at a cost.
Scandinavians have developed very pale skin because they lived in cold and dim climates where they were deprived of much sunlight. So for their particular environment, they have developed a useful adaptation that makes them process vitamin D better in a cold and dim climate than those who didn't. But if you moved them all to a very sunlit climate, this adaptation would not be beneficial to them at all, on the contrary, they would be at a disadvantage compared to natives who were adapted to that climate.
European ancestral populations of more than 20000 years ago were actually dark-skinned, since they didn't develop adaptations for the climate in which they arrived. They were also lactose-intolerant, since they didn't yet adapt to a sedentary, pastoral way of life.
So this view of superiority/inferiority is very simplistic. Every trait confers adaptive advantages in certain environments, but not in all.

I dont have the time. and even if I did, there are better ways to spend it than talking to dolan

I feel a bit bad about the echo chamber thing, I feel like that's a valid point. but as I said before, there is nuance between discussing differing views.... and entertaining racist notions. In a way there is merit to discussing the merits of racism but, lol, I'll pass on that. I dont have it in me. I would rather go outside, get back in shape, go out and see my friends.
