When i left the movie theatre I thought it was underwhelming too, but as time has gone on I have liked it better. It was still entertaining to me.

Simply put, the entire premise makes no sense and no backflips that they do to try to make it make sense make it make any more sense. Of course you could probably make that argument about anything to do with time travel, but its generally not this completely illogical.I give it 4/10

TFW you find a movie with a good description that seems like something you'd like but it ends up being pretty bad

The movie was honestly just pretty good, but the actual experience of seeing Black Widow was great. I missed movie theaters

Watched The Green Knight. If you are familiar with the poem and Arthurian stories etc it’s pretty cool. If not you will likely be bored and have no clue what’s happening I think.

Saw F9, was very boring and cringy.
Saw Wrath of Man, actually liked that one. I may watch more of Guy Ritchie now.
Also saw Promising Young Woman, good movie.

Ok, I just saw "Last Samurei". The first thing I did afterwards was to read the historical background of the Satsuma rebellion in Japan. Second, I created an old school samurei deck!
I don't play Japanese at all, but with the promise I made myself to only play samurai (and ronin?) and maybe isolation consulate units - in analogy to a pure Doppelsöldner-deck, I can handle that! xD
Let's go
(The film clearly shows why attacking with melee units is a stupid idea when the opponent has cannons and gatlings and an age-up is necessary.)

Watched The Green Knight, I really liked it, but all of my friends hated it.
I think it was largely due to them not understanding, so if you don't like fairly ambiguous and artistic movies I wouldn't recommend it.
Anyone else though id recommend it.

Yea, if you aren’t familiar with the poem and the 5 chivalric virtues from it it doesn’t make much sense and would seem like a lot of boring irrelevant shit with poor lighting.

I think a lot of people who aren't liking it went into it expecting something totally different. I thought it was great though

Yea it was, but they were trying to capture what it was actually like in those times, which was no lighting really.

I partly agree. I liked the ridiculousness that was introduced in 6 and continued in 7 and 8. The Rock and Statham were good additions as well. I liked watching those the same way you liked playing A Way Out: having a few friends over, drinking lots of beer and making fun of it while watching.
F9 has completely lost it, is too ridiculous and too self-aware for my taste and there are zero interesting characters. Doesn't help that I watched it alone.

yeah F movies are not really to be consumed alone, unless you're a kid who's just amazed at all the action. better watching when intoxicated with a friend group

F9 movie mechanics was a joke they turned the series into Sci-Fiction now and prolly the same scenes repeating again & again to reduce budget
