https://lichess.org/tournament/wn5mCz2q
pw: esoc2020chess

Registered. My only goal is to beat diarouga cause I'm certainly not going to beat him at AoE3...
ESOC : came for the game, stayed for the drama.
Re: Chess tourney, second edition!
I'm 2-1 vs him right now, my goal is to never play him again . I tried that when i was 2-0 but got paired with him and beaten. :(Le Hussard sur le toit wrote:Registered. My only goal is to beat diarouga cause I'm certainly not going to beat him at AoE3...

By the way if there are any French player out there I strongly advise you to watch the after-show of the Candidates tournament (currently under way) by Laurent Fressinet and JB Mullon. It's just amazing analysis and hindsights on top players preparation (Fressinet is works with Carlsen on his opening preparation). In particular I recommand you the analysis of Maxime Vachier-Lagrave victory against Nepomniachi in today's edition, which is a truly beautiful game with elegant geometrical moves and play on both sides of the board.

On the French show they fought it was quite needed (which basically means that Nepo screwed earlier though). In term of quality I think the Ding-Caruana game was better but this one was more beautiful.deleted_user wrote:c4 was fucking sadLe Hussard sur le toit wrote:By the way if there are any French player out there I strongly advise you to watch the after-show of the Candidates tournament (currently under way) by Laurent Fressinet and JB Mullon. Re: Chess tourney, second edition!
On second thought this is either in (4.25 or 6.25) +24 hours so I'll definitely be asleep unless I'm not.
Re: Chess tourney, second edition!
I think i wont change the time or settings of this one, but will maybe do an extra one later with other settings.
