Seriously, if someone started an easy, no weights work out routine thing via discord or something, I would be interested in it. I've gained some weight these past couple of months due to lack of motivation so it would be helpful for me.

I've been losing wait due to lack of motivation to eat. You should try this out.

I do actually eat less, but I've been drinking more and cooking less. Eating shit food, drinking beer, and not exercising is a fast track to weight gain. Decided to start drink more vodka and less beer though so that should help a bit.

Good choice. Vodka has less calories than beer, plus it gives you proper dance skills

I dont have to eat anything until dinner time, and I dont really like breakfast/lunch food. I need to force myself to eat at least something. It has always been like this, but at uni I am reminded to eat because I go get lunch together. At home I cant really be bothered.
