First is discord, I always throw that to the far left. Then is whatever active Twitch stream there is. Third is One Piece Chapter 118, which I have had open for the past 3 months. Then are three tabs of Rateyourmusic.com, one of which is a charts page, another is the album I'm currently listening to, and the last is an album I only got halfway through listening to/rating before picking something else up. Third is Smogon (Pokemon). Fourth is VIZ reader for the Burn The Witch manga. Fourth is an article on the stock market. Another Smogon tab. The tab for this thread. And a tab for imgur to upload the above image.

Completely turning off pc is a good thing. Its good that you do it after every time but with current gen pc's it isn't really necessary. Although turning off at least once a day is a good thing. I mostly put it on sleep during day and when I sleep I turn it off. Also considering that most current pc's boot within 3 seconds I wonder why many people don't do this.

I close the tabs I don't use because I hate to have more than 8-10 tabs open. Turning off the PC after every use isn't really necessary though. If you make a 1-2 hour break, it barely saves electricity.

Yeah ever since I switched to SSDs there seems like no reason to have the PC on when I'm not using it. I don't have super expensive fans so I'd rather it just be quiet, plus saving a bit on electricity adds up. I usually only use the PC for a couple hours straight a night, not throughout the day since I work.

I only have 1 tab open at The time. And one app running at The time on my Phone. When done log out close them. Just to open and log in 15min later. I know i have problems.
