Yes he can. Just need to click on Help-> Steam Support and select the game you wish to delete.

I'm sorry but what is that logic and what does it have to do with the topic ? A game can be played anytime at will, it's anyone's choice as long as they have a PC, internet and some money.

Just remove it from your library and if you might want to play it later - rebuy it. Or are 15$ that much to you ?

The point is I don't have it on my steam yet they could still invite me. So the post above doesn't seem to make a lot of sense

Thing is it should make sense but you're right, seems like it doesn't. I checked it again and Steam doesn't check if someone owns a game, the invite links can be sent to and viewed by anyone.

It became F2P anyway and only Prime costs money now (for those that didn't own the game before the F2P update). So you could basically invite anyone to a non-prime-lobby and they can join as long as they have cs:go installed.

Even if a game is F2P you need to download it first to have it show up in your library. After that, you can uninstall it and if you want it to be erased from the library you have to manually remove it.

The people who mass invite ppl from their friendslist to cs:go lobbies are in most cases people I don't know at all and who added me randomly after a cs:go game. RL friends and aquaintances usually ask me beforehand.
