Spaghetti are annoying. They need babysitting when you cook them and they have a very high chance of spilling sauce on your t-shirt when you eat them. I don't get why people like them so much.

That's why I usually buy pasta fresca like tagliolini, which is soft like fresh dough and you can take the fascicle of pasta in your hands and rip it in two or more parts before you boil it, so that the pasta becomes shorter and easier to handle with a fork. Pasta fresca will also boil much faster than dry pasta.

Usually i eat fresh pasta when my grandma makes it. I like it better than the fresh pasta you buy in stores.

Home-made is best. But who has time for that.. So the next best thing for me is to get fresh pasta from the store. Much better than dry pasta, imo.

If you're well equipped it doesn't even take that long, granted that buying it is still the quickest thing.
I think you can make fresh pasta in less than half an hour.
