What is Romanian life expectancy btw?

USA being almost 80 is still pretty impressive ngl, given all the persistent issues.
Fine line to something great is a strange change.

The Redistribution of Wealth Caused by Rent Control

https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm ... &fs=e&s=cl
Abstract

We use the price effects caused by the passage of rent control in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2021, to study the transfer of wealth across income groups. First, we find that rent control caused property values to fall by 6-7%, for an aggregate loss of $1.6 billion. A calibrated model of house prices under rent control attributes a third of these losses to indirect, negative externalities. Second, leveraging administrative parcel-level data, we find that the tenants who gained the most from rent control had higher incomes and were more likely to be white, while the owners who lost the most had lower incomes and were more likely to be minorities. For properties with high-income owners and low-income tenants, the transfer of wealth was close to zero. Thus, to the extent that rent control is intended to transfer wealth from high-income to low-income households, the realized impact of the law was the opposite of its intention.

Np, this gets solved by kids not going to college anymore and living with their parents until they inherit the same house. It's already happening to some extent and it has lots of chain effects.
Such as also deterring them from starting a family, which will be awesome for the future GDP and that neoliberal growth line that always must go up.

One solution could be to set it into law that corporations must pay the rents of their employees and that this should not be taken from the employee's wage.
That would make rent more explicitly a tax imposed by the non-productive economy (landlords) on the productive economy.

This costs about 11 bucks in Romania right now:

They're installing fiber now in my city too for 10Gpbs. It will cost about 13 bucks/mo. Not sure I'll get it, seems useless. Even at 2Gbps the net runs lightning fast.

I mean of course she does, she's literally a genius at gaming capitalism. She took a demand for a good that is always steady, used a new of distributing the good without having high production costs and all of that without actually producing the good in question at all. The woman is literally making money out of thin air and it is working.

Think about it. Prositution is already smart. There will always be a demand for sex, but the natural limitation is that one woman can only serve 1 (or maybe 2 or 3) persons at a time in general. That just limits the possibilities for an economy of scale. Porn is brilliant, as it circumvents this limitation, while also selling the same good but in an easier to produce and distribute way. E-girlism then is just genius, because it takes the economy of scale aspect to the top, while removing all the physical hardship etc. that comes with prostitution. They are selling ever so slight hints of sexual intercourse through free, instant, digital distribution channels to millions at the same time. Belle Delphine sucking on a Banana for 3 seconds can literally make unlimited money in theory, while investing essentially nothing. The more i am thinking about it the more i love it and its all because people are retarded enough to pay for it because they can't suppress their demand for sex. God capitalism is great.

Ngl feeling like using my slight bits of superficial knowledge on economics and e-girls to write a bestseller now saying why they are genius and morally rotten feeding of the religious cons, commie and nerd crowd at the same time. Someone here with equally superficial knowledge interested to coauthor?

If I wrote that, some wise-ass redditor would say that I'm spewing incel talking points.

This is one of the reasons why I decided not to create anything valuable and make it widely available. All the new insights, the visions for new directions, I don't want to publish anything at all, ever.
If it was possible for me to make enough from some absolutely ridiculous occupation like moving a bunch of pixels on screen in captivating ways, for a good pay, that's where I'm placing my hopes.
I was also thinking of producing some kind of plastic gasket that every business would need, but it would be the most worthless crap ever produced that everyone would need. Nobody would think of that as great or valuable, just necessary. That would be my kind of valuable creation.

The demand for sex is arguably more intrinsic than the demand for entertainment and the good she produces is of lower quality and easier to produce. Footballers are more like pornstars imo. If they were paid for making videos and gifs of lazily kicking balls around in their own appartment then that would be more similar.

But yeah in general professional sports is also a genius way of gaming capitalism. It just lacks the extra edge compared to e-girlism because it does not use as primal of an urge. The food industry should technically have a similar option of exploiting people, but i guess pictures of food do not have the same marginal effect on satisfying hunger as pictures of sex have for sexual needs?

I suppose the "morally rotten" part could be interpreted as an incel talking point but it was really more of a joke about how people create artificial drama to make their books sell or be invited to talk-shows.

Well why would they be incel talking points? I legitimately think what she's doing is smart. And i don't think it is misogyn to say that people have a demand for sex (i mean this includes all humans, which is why i didn't say men but persons or people). I also think it s very reasonable to call people who send 100$ to a woman they don't know in hopes of entertaining a para-social sexual relationship retarded when they could also just meet real people or if anything pay 100$ for sex with a prostitute (is 100$ still realistic these days? Damn my knowledge really is superficial).

I'm not sure how you're defining "exploitation" here but what definition would include porn and exclude fast food?
