Re: ESOC Fitness Thread
The most I did in Nepal was climbing to ~5,600m, and that was starting from ~2,200m and over 15 days. Couldn't imagine climbing to 4,300m in one dayn0el wrote:@Horsemen yes, the mountain cities are around 2800m, so you are only gaining 1500-2000 m depending on which mountain.

Re: ESOC Fitness Thread
Why would you try to be fit when being fat is more useful
Re: ESOC Fitness Thread
Alright then, I'm awfully exhausted. The new routine with HIIT and weights I started keeps me at the gym for about 2 hours. I want to eat everything rn.

Re: ESOC Fitness Thread
I started a new one this week. The one before: I used to go in the mornings (not always), 4 times a week and I was working 2 days chest (bench press straight/incline, chest flies, pec deck), biceps (preacher, incline, bicep, hammer curls) and triceps (pushdowns with cable or straight bar, kickbacks), and 2 days back (lat pulldowns with various grips, rowing), shoulders (front/lateral raise, overhead press) and legs (squats, lunges, leg extensions and curls). At the end of the workout I did core exercises: (crunches, russian twists, planks and back extensions). Now the weightlifting routine will be changing and I will accompany it with some HIIT to lose that bit of extra fat in the belly. Quarantine did its partrsy wrote:What's ur routine? Re: ESOC Fitness Thread
Ahhh... Excited to have a thread like this here. I've been doing squatober this month. My lift today is:
Back Squat 5reps @ 55% 60% & 65% of max.
DB pullovers 4x5 superset with BB Bendover Rows 4x5
Light DB Romanian Dead Lifts 3x10
Pullups 4x4
DB Bicep Curls 4x25
The premise is you do squats 5 days a week for a month and then see where your max adjusts to. I really like it.
