Excited is an understatement but i will try and go at like 10pm s its going to be super crazy still, likely will have to book gym slots and limits of how many time per week you can go

Gyms here aren't crowded at all. If you go to some neighbourhood one, I'm bet you won't have to worry.

At my apartment at uni I’ll go to bed 9:30-10 but during the summer I’ll be up to 11-12 but sleep in. Too much pubg mobile lately lol. Currently I’m getting around 70hrs of sleep a week, some big boy numbers trying to get some real good training in

I really don’t like going to bed early, night time everything just seems better

I feel stuck. I have been at 60kg for over 2-3 months. It seems I can't gain weight, not sure what I do wrong. The dietitian I used to visit isn't working atm.

You dont have to necessarily focus on your weight. I dont know your current physique, goals, or how long you been training, but after getting nooby gains or initially gaining weight it can be harder to continue to gain weight cause your body is at its like natural state and in a way wants to stay there. How long a person has been training is real important, but for natural people you could go hard as fuck in the gym and kitchen for 1 year and gain 5 pounds of muscle in 1 year and that could be great result.

I have been serious about it since September. So that's a bit less than a year. I have lost many kilos/fat (7kg) and gained significant muscle (3-4kg) during that period. However, I am a bit lost rn, especially post quarantine and with no advice from dietitian. Things progress much slower lately and I don't know if I am on the right path.

I'm assuming your weight lifting / body building. You shouldn't really be focused on trying to gain weight tbh. You have been lifting a little less than a year so you're still fairly new and haven't been lifting long. I feel like a lot of new lifters in your position watch youtube fitness people and always see them talking about the bulking and cutting cycles, and then they think that they should start bulking. The bulking bodybuilding lifestyle should really only be for people that have been lifting for years or people whos natural body types are skinny. If I was you I would be really just trying to add muscle and get as ripped as you can, its the summer. Summer is for getting shredded. If you really wanna focus on a number I think a better goal for you would be to try to get to 10% body fat.

Not really, I haven't been following many people on youtube (only, Jeremy Ethier). As I said, before quarantine as I had reached a healthy weight, my dietitian advised to start increasing muscle. Ideally add about 1-2kg. But then everything closed, and I couldn't keep up as I would have under normal circumstances. So you suggest to go back at cutting? Sounds unintuitive, I don't want to lose

In my opinion if someone is 15% body fat and they haven’t been training for over a year then they should not be focused on gaining weight. Instead focus on improving lifts and just getting more fit all around.

I don't trust to heart my latest measurements, because it's from a home scale

Is there not a scale at your gym @BrookG might be more accurate.

Sadly, that measures only weight. Nevertheless, I will continue for one more month the same plan. I don't think it's wise to start cutting rn. I will opt to improve my technique and overall fitness

I don't know your height, but 60 kg sounds like too little for a man.

Unlike GuA, I would suggest that you try gaining weight. To do that, you should meticulously track your daily calorie intake for like a week. Then take that figure and eat say 200-500 calories more per day.

This way, you will gain weight for sure.

ok I didn't do the math with the kg, since I use lbs. But ya depending on your weight and height can decide to if you should be aiming to gain or lose weight. I was just focused on the body fat %. (not that 15 is real high or anything). But ya there are plenty of skinny people with high body fat %.
