impressions from the latest wedding we had. my first ever wedding cake. if u look closely u can see its not quite even. theyve loved the wedding nontheless. i was in full charge and had it done all myself because it only was around 26 people which is just a perfect size for a group meal

thank you :) it was filled with 5 different bisquits. 2 butter bisquits and 3 normal ones. they wanted something special inside so i made a creme out of(sry if bad english), honey and „amaretti“, thats some crisp/bisquit out of allmonds. and then buttercreme and dark chocolate/white chocolate around it

Im frm a Naga tribe in NE India and i have a dish which i particularly love its called pongsen or pork cooked in bamboo.
1. Marinade pork pieces in fermented bamboo shoot and ground chilli and ginger paste.
2. Stuff it into the bamboo cover it tightly wth banana leaves so no air escapes.
3. Keep it in the fire. Keep turning for about 45 mins.
U can try with fish too

As you can see, my profile picture is my cooking. It's really good. I cooked frozen chicken that I thawed, then doused in Frank's.
