I just hit the buckshot.
It's what I call when I go to Bucky's Gas Station and accomplish multiple things on my to do list at once, like get food, alcohol, coffee, trash bags. No need to cook when there are 3 for $2 steak rancheros!

Braised streaky pork in Chinese homemade style
Streaky pork (cut in large cubes, with fat on each one)
Ginger (sliced)
Green onion (finely chopped)
Star anice(optional)
Peanut oil (or sunflower oil)
Salt
Sugar
Soy sauce
1. Prepare all the materials. Ratio of pork:others = 10:1.
2. Heat the oil in a large pan. Pork in. Sautée till colour changed.
3. Ginger and green onion in. Sautee until colour changed.
4. Anice and sugar in. Stir until mixed in pork. Soy in, and add water enough to cover pork.
5. Lid on, turn down the fire. Wait until water is reduced by 1/3 to a thick soup. Add in salt. Finished. If not satisfactory enough, continue the braising process

Garja what do you think of this? Truffle Gorgonzola Mac and Parmigiano. Buy the most expensive truffles, buy expensive truffle oil. Expensive gorgonzola. And grandma made real italian parmigiano. Through in a bowl with cotta di parma. Mix. Throw in a bowl with macaroni. Put in microwave.
5/7

It just confirms you have no taste. You probably don't even know what is real truffle btw. It's too strong to be eaten alone with only bread.
