500g flour
100g butter
42g yeast (in germany its 1 pice and i use fresh one!!!)
2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp sugar
300ml milk
Use a bowl and put the yeast inside then you add some warm milk (don't let the milk get heat over 40C, bc then the yeast bacteria dies) Then u add the sugar (when you want to use it for sweet add 70g sugar instead of 2 Tsp. This recipe is for salty but both works... the buns on the picture are made with 2Tsp of sugar bc i like it better to add some ice toping
)
Add a bit of flour untill you have a predough. It should be like glue... not liquid but also not a ful dough.
Then pollinate the predough with some flour and put a wet towle on over the bowl.
Lt it sit on a nice warm place for 15-20 min
After this it should have twice the volume.
Then add the rest of the ingredients... in the recipe they say add the butter at the end but for me it made no diffrens....
Let it sit again with the wet towle on top of the bowl again untill it have twice the volume.
Thats it....
After this you can use this dought for what ever you like....
I fill it with cinamone or nuts or appels or salty stuff....
For the cinamon i add maybe 120g sugar 2 Tsp cinamon and 70g butter (maybe even more sugar i do it out of my brain) you have to taste it....
Good Luck and i hope you gonna share yours when you gonna try it im curious... yeast dough isnt that easy... most important is to add the salt later bc yeast dosent like salt and it dosent like it to hot or to cold
