When I ran track, on days of meets, (was a stud btw) I'd poop 6-8 times a day, nervous shits. I'd chaffe a little and have to deal with it in later events.

One time during cross country practice I couldn't control my bowel movements, they just released themselves and I had to get a ride back to school. It was a little awkward but not as awkward as our cross country coach showering with us once after practice.
