Re: Scratching Deep in Ear
The ear itching only seems to happen at work. Maybe my headphones are somehow causing/exacerbating it?

I've decided to quit my job, handing in my resignation on Tuesday.
Relatedly, my ears still itch a lot.

Update: the ear drops haven't really helped the itching at all.

Update: I lost my special eardrops and lied to my doctor and told her my ears no longer itched since I was too embarassed by that any my myriad of diseases, so now they just itch without a cure.

Update: I haven't had this weird ear itch in a while, I think it's a seasonal allergy thing. Relatedly, @gustavusadolphus now believes himself to have an ear infection.fightinfrenchman wrote:Update: I lost my special eardrops and lied to my doctor and told her my ears no longer itched since I was too embarassed by that any my myriad of diseases, so now they just itch without a cure.

Re: Scratching Deep in Ear
Since my lack of ear itching has continued I honestly wonder if it was just the fact that I regularly wore headphones for hours at a time at my old job that caused it. However I do now have a weird pressure behind my left eye that my doctor says may be caused by sinus infection (though I don't believe this to be the case)

If you were serious why you asked the OP whether he was talking about devices that you'd put inside your anus instead?Snuden wrote:It was a serious question!deleted_user wrote:Yes. I imagine the protracted lead of a mechanical pencil would break easily in the highly contractual pressure of the sphincter muscle as opposed to the open ear canal.Snuden wrote:Are you sure you didn't mean anus instead of ear?
Please no trolling in serious off topic threads. Thank you.
As I have been married to a Japanese, I have had my fair share of ear cleanings. IIRC she had a special "Ear cleaning device" with which to tortured my on a regular basis.
A long wooden thing.
Does your japanese wife puts long wood sticks up your ass as well? Does she clean your ass too? I don't get it

Re: Scratching Deep in Ear
Oh shit barely realized this is an old topic
Mods please don't lock this thread, for I have a serious question to ask
What should I clean my ears with?
I use cotton buds to clean ear wax ever since I have memory, but a few people told me I shouldn't do that. I have been told O should use oils and whatnot instead.
So here I would like to ask ESOc - whats the proper instrument to clean up ear war?
And yes I have to clean them, if I pass 2 weeks without cleaning them they begin to itch constantly and it's very annoying.
But, apparently, I was told I may hurt my ears if I use cotton buds. So what the fuck am I supposed to do? I don't have money/time to go to some special ear doctor every month. It must be cheap/simple.

I have to put a drop of olive oil in them before I go to bed for a few days every few weeks.
