The weird part is I’m not sure where these dings on the cup surface are coming from. As far as I know I get the refill, return home, drink it in front of the comp, leave it sit at the desk, wash it out, get another refill. I’m not really being rough with it at all tbh.

Why are you so intend on ingesting plastic? Like it's taken a ridiculous long time but it seems that the EU is finally going to follow France's lead on this and is going to ban all of the very plastics your entire cup is made of (straw-bubble-cup) for food items by 2030.

its so amercian (stupid) what hes doing. I drink fro mplastic bottles quite often but i can never use them more twice becasue it just tastes like shit after a few refills. Cant even imagine how bad that water tastes after the countless refills he has done.

I guess I should tell you I refilled this cup 8 times. I would describe that number as “countless” like you did but I’m not German and can actually count to 8.

The whole point of the thread is to count the refills, obviously not "countless"

You could read about the science of fracture mechanics actually, here in this thread.

This is a big moment for the how many refills movement. This is refill #10 for the cup. The cup is still very robust. You get 2 photos this time. You can see some some Boston cream pie pastries in the background of the one photo.

You should put some of the great coffee in it.

I have to use the same slushie flavor every time. Coffee would probably destroy the cup faster.

Accidentally dispensed some on the side of the cup. Refill #11 btw.

Is the cup European made? It seems quit good quality.

Another overpour on tonight’s refill. It’s refill #12. Sometimes the cashier tries to charge me full price for the cup but I set them straight by saying “this is a refill”. Refill is 95 cents vs $1.78 for the initial cup investment. I use a lot of their napkins to clean up the overpour and wonder if they get angry.

You've probably gained a reputation as that guy who reuses a month old cup to save 83 cents.
