Re: 2020 Democratic Primary
This is going to be a pretty monumental win. The margin in NH wasn't big enough to get that much momentum, but this is looking like a landslide. Just consider how much momentum Sanders got because of this tiny win in NH, and then think what will happen after this.

Amy Klobuchar reminds me of this crazy stay at home mom that's still volunteering at her kid's school years after her kids have left that school.

Does anyone have a link to watch CNN online? When watching on my pc through my cable network, the audio is terribly out of sync and I detest that. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: 2020 Democratic Primary
At 22% reporting Sanders is leading with 47.1% of the votes. This is a fucking landslide.
Re: 2020 Democratic Primary
This is kind of how the caucus process goes though, especially with the new rules on reporting. It was never such a shit show when all you had to do was send the final results. Now that you have to send and tally, first choice, second choice and final results just slows the entire process. Caucuses are still stupid as shit though but Nevada seems to have done it as well as possible so far.RefluxSemantic wrote:Can we start naming this incompetence Caucusgate?

Re: 2020 Democratic Primary
Looking like the Latino vote has been instrumental for Bernie. Looking like great turnout from the Latino community, and the entire turnout for the caucus is tipped to beat 2008 turnout. Great signs heading into Super Tuesday for Sanders if he can win the majority of that community's vote.RefluxSemantic wrote:At 22% reporting Sanders is leading with 47.1% of the votes. Re: 2020 Democratic Primary
I doubt they will exist for Democrats past this election cycle. They just aren't democratic, and as the party will continue to look to appease the more progressive side of the party they will get the boot.gibson wrote:Caucuses should be deleted

Welp over the past 24 hours trump supporters have far surpassed Bernie supporters in terms of annoying me. Reminder that anyone who says Bernie Sanders is a communist, Bernie Sanders wants to turn the US into Venezuela, or we shouldnt do socialism because it’s killed X number of people is either 1) actually unintelligent and incapable of critical thinking or 2) arguing in bad faith. I feel bad that my support for Candidates has boiled down to how annoying other candidates bases are on the internet, but I don’t vote so it doesn’t actually matter.

Re: 2020 Democratic Primary
Yes, to some extend. But I think this win mostly comes from Sanders leading in just about every demographic group in Nevada. The latinos were very pro Sanders, but you don't get 40% of the votes just because of the latinos.wardyb1 wrote:Looking like the Latino vote has been instrumental for Bernie.
