Except you are literally given only 1 way to directly affect democratic outcomes (legally). Why not do it? Just seems like if you are going to do all those other things, then you should do the one thing that actually has a direct effect.

Sure, but when you vote, you also vote in your local and state elections as well. It’s not always about national politics. You are missing out on a lot by not voting at all.
