According to this, warmongering India has been at peace for a grand total of 6 years since its independence 74 years ago. That makes one year of peace for every 12 years of war, not far away from the US' one year of peace for every 15 years of war.

Much in contrast, Germany (the historically pacifist country that fell twice victim to Austrian expansionist and genocidal dreams) has been at peace for a grand total of 50 years since 1949. That makes one year of peace for every 0.44 years of war.

You realize that the 2 ongoing conflicts are internal insurgencies and not wars? India has been defendant in probably 90% of the cases. Warmongering =/= defensive wars. Nations which perpetuate wars are called war mongering. America has been aggressor in majority of wars including WW1 and in practice in WW2 as well if not in theory.

I don't know what we did in korean war but it states we were in supportive role, so not in actual conflict.

Thirdly, apart from China, and Pakistan initiatied conflicts, wars in Sri Lanka were against terrorists and upon request of foreign government(s). Its like saying if Antifa took over Washington and US defends itself then that should be considered warmongering.

We have probably at war for less than 2 years in total (actual conflict) and the only ones initiated by us were to recapture territories from Portugese and invasion of hyderabad.

Dude, initially the people themselves revolted in Portugese territories and some were freed and later integrated into India. By force India only recaptured Goa when portugese failed to heed Indian ultimatum to leave.

There is no such treaty. Treaties which exist, India has ratified none. To that extent US also has not ratified any. That is akin to saying " we have right to develop and deploy nuclear weapons but you do not". If US can, North Korea can too. India is also the country with no first use policy. Surprisingly China also has NFU. But US doesn't.

Well there are exactly 4 countries that did not ratify that treaty. Sounds pretty warmongery rogue state to me tbh. Plus why would India need nuclear bombs in the first place if you weren't a warmongering country?

We have no idea what's actually going to be in the bill because members of Congress keep negotiating through the press and putting out weird non-committal statements and it annoys me
