Very likely, because often VPs are basically handed down some tasks that the president doesn't have time for or doesn't want to attend to.
That just makes it seem even more impressive that he became president

I'm not really a contrarian. I just seek to produce things like those grass blades that are about to break through the asphalt.
Because you know that's where life is headed if not even asphalt could have stopped them.

American capitalism cannot function without homelessness.

Without the threat of homelessness and the state-sponsored violence associated with homelessness, capitalism cannot extort labor from the workers.

FF to 9 min ;) if you do not want to watch the whole video. I would all of it, for the background history :!:
No matter what we do, the globe will continue warming, but we can slow it down, significantly. That should be our goal.
I know this is an old post but I just saw this tweet from the woman who hosts that dumb Hill TV show and I knew someone in thread positively quoted her before. I don't think she's interested in slowing down climate change tbh

That woman has undergone a total change tbh. I once listented to her videos, but that is a long time ago. Now she mostly talk :hmm:

I just logged in btw, it has been a while since last time :P
Glad to see you guys are still at it ;)

That seems to have happened under other circumstances as well. Looking at you, Potato and Bengal Famines.

Imagine if archaeologists a few centuries from now on make excavations and discover a layer in which there are lots of electronics, consoles, phones and then, on the layer immediately above, there are mostly sickles, shovels and hammers.
