To expound a bit, I understand that since the beginning of human history man have sexually assaulted women, and even in 2020 it can be extremely difficult for women to come forward about sexual assault for multiple reasons, especially against a high profile male. That being said, I don’t believe in passing judgement in a situation in so far removed from without evidence. Unfortunately due to the nature of rape, short of video evidence, it is very difficult to prove unless reported almost immediately after the fact. Many rapists aren’t convicted because of this and it’s shitty, but it’s less shitty then convicting every single man accused of rape. I don’t have an opinion on the matter, if you ask me if joe Biden is a rapist I’d say I don’t know, because I don’t, and no one in this thread knows. The people in this thread saying he is are doing so because it fits their agenda, and vice versa.

I agree, people do what fits their political agenda. However there’s also a bit of a difference with at least Trump, cause he was accused by many many women and is on tape admitting to sexually abusing minors vs Biden who was accused by one woman and hasn’t been caught on tape admitting to sexually abusing women( to my knowledge).

Really? I see a lot of people who tried to hang Brett Kavanaugh defending Biden and deleting their twitter histories of their past comments.

I think those people (including Biden) have learned their lesson that it’s asinine to categorically believe any women who accuses another person of sexual misconduct. And yes, that makes them hypocrites and wrong about Kavanaugh. But I don’t see how those progressives calling Biden a rapist can claim moral high ground when they still think any women should be believed regardless of evidence.

Maybe he's a sociopath but his body language never made me think he did anything those years ago. She didn't even remember where it happened and claimed she only drank one beer. That must've been one really strong beer. Or she was drugged?

No comment on whether someone should be elected into/given an office based on whether they have been accused of sexual assault or not, BUT I think we all need a reminder that the real reason Kavanaugh should never have been given approved as the nominee is because he is a political hack. His confirmation was a political hack job. You can put progressives on the court, you can put conservatives on the court, but they should still be fair and independent and be fully qualified for the job.

Just look at how he acts and dodges questions. This is a man about to be approved to the Supreme Court in The United States of America. The highest honour possible for a judge. Yet when asked question by Democrats he reverts to a 70IQ buffoon who can't follow simple questioning and becomes extremely dismissive. Anyone being put on that court should be treating both sides of the aisle with the utmost respect and due diligence to prove that they are worthy to sit at the table.
