Hi dutch ppl,
i soon have to pick the subject of my bachelor's thesis and was considering the dutch approach to change in traffic. more specificly changes and challenges in the dutch police regarding the dutch model of a cycling city, keywords being education enforcement engineering.
so it would be cool if someone could tell me who i could ask for further information (which one to talk to of the dutch/amsterdam police e.g.) or some quicklinks, dutch sources included.
Thank you

Before I can post a more elaborate answer: I highly recommend crossposting this question to https://www.reddit.com/r/thenetherlands/. The subreddit is very active (one of the biggest country-specific subreddits) and English questions and posts are not uncommon. If you aren't familiar with Reddit you can find plenty of explanation videos online.
