I would like to use an online-tool/app to schedule work shifts. It must be some kind of real time editable timetable since we all constantly make changes. No registration required to modify it. Maybe just an excel document online or something. Any ideas?
Thank you
Schedule system for workers
Re: Schedule system for workers
You could take a look at Trello (https://trello.com/tour). You might be able to customise it and make it work with a shifts-based workflow. It's pretty much the industry standard.
There might be some Trello clones out there that are OK to use too.
LE. Just found a couple of more team-scheduling pieces of software:
https://hubstaff.com/features/employee_scheduling
https://www.float.com/
There's a whole list of them here:
https://www.capterra.com/employee-scheduling-software/
This one seems to be made specifically for shifts:

I can only guarantee that Trello is decent for team planning, I haven't used the others, so I've no idea how good/bad they are.

This one can be used for free if you only have one project (realistically you don't need more) > you can create many sub, and even sub-sub-tasks or checklists. There are many ways to plan tasks or work shifts.
