I don't think he is joking, which makes me really dislike ESOC since he's still on the media team.

I'm not really sure what I think at this point. I have money on him winning again but that's just because I want him to lose, and I always like to set my expectations for disappointment (like I often do in Basement games). But with his approval rating so low despite the economy he could definitely lose. Of course, I fully expect that if he does lose he will refuse to leave office and Republicans will continue to support him.

I fully believe that he is serious and spreading racist conspiracy theories. Based on what I've known of him since I joined the forums (that he's young and violent, wishing death on me and cheadar) it wouldn't suprise me that he was radicalized by the far-right.

Uhm, nope. As far as I know, Mueller's report simply failed to find any evidence of collusion between the person Trump (who happens to be president of the USA) and foreign powers (Russia).
Failure to find evidence is not exoneration. Maybe a future investigation will find more evidence, who knows.
For the moment though, the FBI special investigator failed to find such evidence that would directly incriminate the current US president. He did find evidence that directly incriminates some of his past or current collaborators.

And there's also the question of the pressure that the current US president has put or tried to put on the FBI investigation, by using political or administrative means (firing the head of the Justice Department, inviting officials from the same institution for "talks" and so on). The debate on whether Trump exerted undue and abusive pressure on the FBI investigation has just started. I'm sure that Republicans and Trump supporters will claim this is just a way for the anti-Trump movement to save face and to deflect people's attention from Mueller's failure to find evidence against citizen Trump.

IIRC it says in the report that Mueller wanted to sit for an interview but the feedback was that he would need to subpoena Trump and he didn't want his case stuck in the courts for 2 years.

By pushing the Russiagate narrative in media democrats have made a fool of themselves. Most likely Trump has a lot of skeletons in the closet, like friendship with countries provoking world conflicts, sponsoring terrorism and violating human rights, his real estate empire and personal interest, turning the USA into the world's largest offshore, absurd sayings, weird hairstyle and so on. It wouldn't be as groundless at least

Democrat-leaning media ran tens of stories on Trump's presumed links with Russia, trying to portray him as a president that was remotely controlled by Russia.

We don't know if that's true or not, but at the end of this investigation nothing of the sort came out. There's no evidence that Trump personally collaborated or instructed his minions to collaborate with a foreign power to win elections.
