some of you know that my loved dog Copper, a King Charles spaniel, passed away last year, only 6 years old. His medical bill was BIG. I would like a dog, just as loving, and pretty small, but I cannot seem to find a breed that is fitting me. I want a semi-small dog, that does not need hours of exercise every day, and will not run away if I get them off the leech. I do not like lots of grooming either. Any suggestions girls and bois
ppl say I should not get another breed like this, I have a hard time thinking outside the box. I know of the hazards, and I have paid lots of money to vets, but still
Regarding what dog you should get, Yorkshire Terriers are a good choice. Just please don't get the teacup ones. Don't support that shit. Their hair does require a bit of maintenance, but if you take them to the groomers frequently and get a short hair cut on them, it should be fine. Silky Terriers are also nice. Westies are beautiful and super sweet, though can be stubborn af. Manchester Terriers are also a really good choice and probably the most low maintenance of the dogs I've named.

You can train every dog... Dosent matter. Get a poor dog from a shelter they such poor animals. Mixed once are the best imo. I have my dog since 8 years and I always was with dogs around me. You need to be hard and paition them. And rember they still animals (my dog sleeps in my bed) I have a chihuahua Mix and she never run away and is well tamed. Imo get a dog who you like and if the dog choice is you... Try it... I didn't want lilly but she wanted me and it was a great decision. But still keep an eye on the type of dog. Terrier love to hunt = hard to tame for outside Chihuahua are annoying... some bark a lot = lazy kind and they easy to tame if you do it well I can give you more examples or help if you want

I have been looking for a dog that needs a new home but it's very popular here, and it seems that most of the "remaining" dogs, are very big, and with comes with some issues. I am left with the option of buying one, it seems idea: I would like to hear your thoughts on it though

@spanky4ever Well there are some organisations where you need to find for sure who take poor dogs from other country's. Its anyway your call what dog you want What do you expect from ur dog?
