The donald is just a meme at this point, it's basically a portal to 4chan. The point i was making was that any comment that isn't liberal in it's agenda gets downvoted to hell while the opposite is true with liberal comments.
Reddit is mostly liberal in the same way that the internet itself is mostly liberal. There are still plenty of conservative communities to be found both on the internet as a whole and on reddit.

The defaults' politics are annoying and maybe bad.
There are left wing subs just as bad as T_D in terms of reactionary hive minds.
Im pretty left and reddit frustrates the hell out of me.

Yeah rape victims are all left. Must make the rapists right wing!
Not quite. It would be statistically wrong to claim that all rape victims are left-wing. A correct assumption would be to claim that there is a correlation between the influx of rape victims and the dangerous left-wing ideology.
"About 58% of men convicted in Sweden of rape and attempted rape over the past five years were born abroad, according to data from Swedish national TV. In August 2018 SVT reported that rape statistics in Sweden show that 58% of men convicted of rape and attempted rape over the past five years were born outside of the European Union: Southern Africans, Northern Africans, Arabs, Middle Easterns, and Afghans. Swedish Television's investigating journalists found that in cases where the victims didn't know the attackers, the proportion of foreign-born sex offenders was more than 80%. The number of rapes reported to the authorities in Sweden significantly increased by 10% in 2017,[13][14] according to latest preliminary figures from the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention. The number of reported rape cases was 73 per 100,000 citizens in 2017, up 24% in the past decade."
Let's not spread misinformation, shall we Umeu?
So Arabs rape strangers. Swedes rape their family. Ok, thanks for the info.
Spending a couple of months or so browsing the front page of reddit it gets to the point where you can predict almost exactly what the top comments on every variety of posts will be. Right down to the same insufferably sarcastic, snarky tone if there's any political slant to it. It grates fast. The website is nice for small niche subs that probably wouldn't even exist as an online community otherwise but apart from that it's really boring. One notable exception is the askreddit threads though, usually some interesting stories there.
