I try it every few months, but it doesn't turn out well. I have a lot of nightmares, so a lot of the time when I become lucid, things just go crazy. If I can actually get control over the dream then I usually play around too much and wake myself up by pushing the limits. So the lucid dream-->OBE route hasn't been too successful. And sleep paralysis scares me too much to try that route. Sometimes I get constant bouts of sleep paralysis, multiple times a night, so I've gotten really good at waking myself up from that state; meaning I don't even consider trying to induce an OBE, and just wake myself up by pure instinct.

Anyway, nuancing isn't your forte, so I'll agree with you like I would with a 8 year old: violence is bad, don't do hard drugs and stay in school Benj98

Thanks for your post!

I was at the point that I left my body... I had no information about oes but it showed up in my YouTube and I do a lot of meditation so why not..... Lol..

Well, it seems easy and everything goes well untill, yeah, I split up in body and "soul"
I had the feeling I gonna die. My body wanted me to swallow and breath so I never came to the full point of leaving my body.
I had the feeling that my heart stops pumping.

Honestly... I should have read about it befor BUT even when it felt dangerous I will try to do it again. I had so much energy after this and felt for a couple hours different.

For everyone who ask how to do.
You need to be good at meditation first. If not don't try it. It will not work for you.
Also make sure you not afraid of death or demons. You might have problems to come back (it can lead to psychological problems or traumatic experiencing no one died or something)

Maybe after I have it done again... I let you know what happend

I meditate. Don't think I'll meet any demons any time soon. Occasionally I experience sleep paralysis from what I think is intermittent sleep apnea. I haven't suffered a panic attack in years except for the three times that I did. I have no interest in triggering latent mental illness with psychedelics or other lucid drugs. Im going to die one day o fuck o fuck. I'm strictly the opposite of a disciple. Not sure not thinking is improving myself. Ginsberg was definitely not sober when he heard Blake recite Ah! Sunflower.

Yeah that's what I'm talking about!

You should never ever do it while on drugs or alcohol! As well you can get this problems like you said but for this you should get a better mind setup.
Out of my experience what you think and send out will come to you

I don't meditate but lucid dream somewhat frequently, usually in weekends. They are never nightmares

There is a different between lucid dreams and OOE.
At least for my understanding.
OOE is more likely you really left your body and can go with your mind wherever you want to

How can you have an out-of-body experience if you believe you are your body?

Imo there is no "believing" in this. Its about how you feel with your body and mind.

Guys, out-of-body experience can surely be a life changing event, but lately i have been put in front of a way more serious, troublesome and enervating situation. The muy infamous, so called "out-of-ice cream experience". I just ate the last ice cream cone i had in my refrigerator and now the withdrawal is starting to kick in. I don't know what to do, please, send help! Supermarkets are closed at this time of the day here :cold_sweat:

Find a lactating lady and stir her milk with cream and sugar over low heat. Cool and blend the flavoring in.
