My answer is the shapes because they're so big if they were in my teeth I would likely die instantly. Next up is King Moonracer because I don't want his nasty fur there

I think Toon Summoned Skull. It has a sharp tail and would make for a potentially very dangerous toothpick.
A close second is the slushie salad because my teeth are sensible to cold temperatures.

Assumptions: i) the poll is meant to be read "x on your teeth" aka "in your mouth" ii) the items are confined in maximum size to the comfortable capacity of the mouth in question

1) Sand is bad, it's up there
2) T world is immaterial, a shadow realm which I don't plan to enter. This option is moot.
3) I've actually eaten salad with slushee. Well, my friends told me it was salad with slushee. They didn't tell me they also mixed milk and ranch into it. I nearly puked, and they never payed me my $5. But if I had slushee and salad on my teeth I'd just spit it out, which is more difficult than with sand.
4) Shape is a trait without extension. This is logically non-sensible.
5) King Moonracer - I'm not sure who/what this is. Sounds like an entity made of unconfirmed matter. Every king ever named is larger than can fit in a human mouth, so we must assume a part of King Moonracer is in the mouth. This may entail renewable/regrowable parts of his being (hair or fingernails for humans), or that King Moonracer is terminated and severed into mouth-sized pieces, in which case, I've upset King Moonracer's people's/friends. This is the most dangerous option so I'll play it safe and say this is the one I'd least like to have "in my teeth."

@deleted_user4 Interesting points. The shapes were physical things though, very large shapes that were used for decoration in the library. If they were shrunk it would still be unpleasant but probably not as bad as some others. King Moonracer is the king of the Island of Misfit toys, he is a lion with wings. The fur would be annoying but you don't have to worry about upsetting his subjects since they are all just misfit toys, which are very unlikely to do any appreciable damage to you.
