I really do not like it!
Just wanted to point this out!
I was there at the second it happend.. i just refreshed twitch and it was locking so diffrend and ugly.
Why is there a need to replace something what was working???

No dude, it looks amazing! I'm so glad they changed it. Has more of a mobile vibe to it, which somehow fits.

It's part of a trend to make websites look like apps. And the black colour scheme was made to improve contrast and make everything much easier to read.
For me it's fine, I neither hate it nor dig it.

Disable the polymer and it goes back to the old version, you can do the same with stuff like youtube.

Like almost all changes to website styles like Youtube and Twitch, I hate it for 5 minutes, get used to it by 10, then forget there was ever a change by 15.
