Re: Freetalk Friday 1
I'm feeling okay. So far it's mostly like a cold. Runny nose today, a light fever two days ago and some coughing before that. The symptom most unlike a cold is the loss of your sense of smell. My smell has deteriorated a lot, I couldn't enjoy my coffee this morning. I think I'll recover in a couple of days based on how I'm feeling.XeeleeFlower wrote:edeholland wrote:I tested positive for corona. How are you feeling? 9 days ago I was a meetup with some friends and a few of them have been tested positive as well, so I'm pretty sure that's where I got it from. I haven't seen anyone after that so at least I'm not transmitting corona to anyone else.

Just flew to Greece. But Rutte flew me back, something about the peasants being upset. Whatever.

I'm not not seeing my friends for 8 months. Real-life interactions are important, to me at least. What we did was/seemed relatively safe, with a select few people, nobody with symptoms and not in a public location.Goodspeed wrote:Why?edeholland wrote:What?Show hidden quotes

I know the crab bar is already a major drain on ESOC's budget, but I think it would be worthwhile to fund a secretary for the basement. That way instead of taking the time to write out their shitposts, they can just dictate it to her.

cheadar is unironically a top 5 poster and nothing should be done that could compromise the integrity of raw unfiltered cheadar posts.

Cheadar doesn't even have a passport because he refused to come to the ESOC LAN tourney. He got the last laugh though because my passport is now totally useless and no country in the world wants my virus ridden selflejend wrote:Cheadar has a big drinking problem. I'm watching a movie from 1984 and getting uncomfortable at seeing people in a big crowd without masks

Yeah I've been noticing this a lot with tv/films that I get mildly uncomfortable when the people in them aren't social distancing even though there's no pandemic in their fictional worlds.fightinfrenchman wrote:I'm watching a movie from 1984 and getting uncomfortable at seeing people in a big crowd without masks
