Why would you not show it to GP at the first instance and wait for 2-3 years. Any physical damage needs to be treated immediately. If left unchecked they can have grave effects later on. You could be like a 60 year old at age of 40. Figuratively speaking.

Tbh Id normally agree but this went super slowly from hardly noticable to a mild inconvenience.

Im mostly joking about not wanting to see a doctor. Sometimes its annoying to have to face your problems
