I realized that I feel tired at 4-5 in the afternoon due to the fact that I only eat once a day and thats right after I eat my large meal. This afternoon I picked up some Taco Bell and ate 75 percent of it. Half an hour later when I began to feel very tired I tried eating the last 25 percent in an effort to combat the tiredness. It did not work, in fact I just felt more tired and sluggish. So I went to sleep and woke up at about 6, my phone had slipped out of my pocket and the cold screen was pressed against my stomach, for a few seconds right upon waiting I thought I pissed myself.

The cabinet right above my sink has a magnet to keep it closed but it's very weak and it often opens back up again when I try to close it, which is really annoying when I'm trying to do dishes.

I suggest you invest in a dishwasher so that this is no longer a problem while doing dishes

Yeah I'm fine. Unfortunately I have to wake up early for pretty much this entire week and being aware of needing to wake up early makes it harder to fall asleep, which creates a feedback loop where the later it gets the more important it is to fall asleep quickly, which makes it harder to fall asleep.
