Red Dye #40 Overdose

Last night I went to sheetz and tried the big red slushie for the first time (I think). It had very strong red coloration to it. I drank about half of it as I ate my food and felt a little weird but brushed it off. I drink pretty much the rest of it before I sleep. During the late evening and night I feel really strange. Weird dreams bordering on nightmares, sweating. Kept waking and my nose itched for some reason. I'm trying to figure out if red dye 40 was in the slushie I drank and if it could be responsible. Anyone else have an "overdose" experience with this dreadful dye?

Don't be fooled, there are 2 machines that look red but I'm talking about the slushie in the machine next to the blue

I have a series where I see how many refills a slushie cup will last. I always did coke slushie. I am looking to continue it soon.
