Im pissed the fuck off( really fucking pissed)

So I have a gorgeous Vitamix Ascent 2500 blender in red. I usually only blend smoothie for myself so I also purchased a Blending cup starter kit which is very convenient cause you can blend 1 portion and it comes with a regular drinking lid so you can drink right out of the blending container. However today when I went to blend my daily healthy smoothie something was fucky with the base of my Blending cup, the blender wouldn't fucking blend as its "smart" and detected something wrong with my blending cup base( no idea why, it loks fine to me). I had to blend my fucking smoothie in the full sized 64 oz blending container and than pour it into a cup, its also a bitch to clean cause the lid has all sorts of nooks and crannies that smoothie gets into! I just bought this shit 2 months ago! It takes longer to blend too and my individual smoothie only fils about 1/3rd of it! Vitamix had better send me a new fucking base for my Blending cup start kit asap or I'm gonna raise fucking hell. The inconvenience of this is enormous and I'm pissed the fuck off angry typing this smashing my fucking keyboard I'm so upset.

Cleaning smoothie must be done IMMEDIATELY after smoothie blending. It will just rinse off with water, otherwise, it will dry and cake on.

File a case against this brand in court. You might make fortune from it. Hire good lawyer :)

Update: I called vitamix, the lady told me put the lid on loosely, tighten it while in the blender and it would work. She was correct and I am pacified for the time being.
