Official "share your diseases/medical issues" thread
This thread was inspired by the fact that I've had a pretty bad stomach bug over the past couple days that I think I got from evil cheadar tbh. Anyway post whatever medical issues you're having in this thread.

My nose has been running pretty much like a faucet at some points in the last few days. I probably hyper extended my wrist a bit at the armwrestling tourney.

I get acid reflux sometimes, probably due to a bad diet (too much lemonade, coffee and alcohol). I also have had ACL reconstruction with I suppose medium results. Otherwise I'm feeling very healthy. I can be around sick people all the times without getting sick myself nowadays, which is a pretty nice skill to have. I can't remember the last time I had the flu either.
EDIT: Actually, I am allergic to some plant that fucks me up from september to november, but I have no idea what it is exactly. Always feel like shit then, but now I'm feeling great again.

I think I have acid reflux as well, I often get pretty bad heartburn. For some reason laying on your left side instead of your right when laying down alleviates it a lot.

That has to do with the curve of your stomach leading up into the esophagus. Laying on your right pools stomach acid on your esophageal sphincter. Where as on your left side the acid can pool more on the stomach lining proper.fightinfrenchman wrote:I think I have acid reflux as well, I often get pretty bad heartburn. Interesting. When I first read that tip I thought it would be very slight but you can really feel a significant difference immediatelyevilcheadar wrote:That has to do with the curve of your stomach leading up into the esophagus. The place where I live everyone has tons of pollen, many people including myself are allergic, in fact many adults who dont have allergy issues develop allergies just from living thereRefluxSemantic wrote:I get acid reflux sometimes, probably due to a bad diet (too much lemonade, coffee and alcohol).
