Well you'll have to check whether rates/other terms follow relevant legislature when you form the contract then if you don't get paid you can add some fees depending on the terms and contact whatever debt collecting service is appropriate to use in your jurisdiction. One issue I had a problem with was that the rates I wanted to offer for loans would cause the interest to be taxed like income tax so it stopped being of interest in my jurisdiction at least.
