i try to find some higher quality musli that doesn't have excess sugar/chocolate but does have berries and stuff. then i add some basic kellogs (also not a lot of sugar compared to other cereals). i used to add oat bran just to increase the portion. i use milk, just enough to let the food get soaked to make them softer (my teeth are not at their best currently)

I literally just finished a bowl of cereal before seeing this thread. I'm a cinnamon toast crunch kinda guy. But you need to make sure it sits in the milk long enough to get soggy and less crunchy. Take the crunch out of cinnamon toast crunch. I want cinnamon toast mush.
