Mustard, but English or French mustard not that American rubbish. I can't remember the last time I had ketchup on anything other than chips.

Mustard. Haven't had ketchup for years, at least not that commercial crap you find in stores.
When I buy pizza, I get a fresh tomato sauce made on the spot, with some parsley and spices in it. Ketchup is for plebs.

Ot. Really depends with what they are going. Generally id definatly say Mustard but can't be too spicy. Super spicy Mustard comes straight from hell

Good Ham- English mustard.

Fish- Dijon mustard.

Fish-finger sandwich- Ketchup.

Rest- brown sauce.
